Valentines birds

SO I am not very excited about this card but I did make it and I'm going to post it anyways. I used a sentiment kit I won during one of Unity's wonderful blog hops!  Its adorable and I really like it. I have learned that not everything is going to be to my satisfaction and to just post it anyways because I never know when someone else might enjoy it!
The Girl from Magnolia, I colored and planned on using but decided not to but posted it anyways. I just exchanged her stocking with a hand drawn mason jar

Special to me

This card was actually started to be a bookmark, but I just
couldnt bare cute it down further. I love the background and the glossy look on the dress and shoes!

I found this and it was seriously funny! It so fits how I feel right now!
God you got this, guide us in the direction you want us and show us your divine path with clarity and peace!

I created these bookmarks for My daughters class
on Valentines day. I am really excited abut them receiving a gift and the excitement they will display. I'm just thankful to be able to serve in the class and to be able to give something more then just candy!

This ice cream cone from Unity's KOM (JANUARY)
is colored in with colored pencils, I don't currently Have good ones but I do have cheap school ones and for know that works! just a bit limited on colors and blending!!! LOL Its also embossed with sparkly clear embossing by ranger.

she is also part of the Unity KOM January
I just colored her with  the same colored pencils and then highlighted her with yellow for vibrancy and she was added to a bookmark!

And here they are in the end! I have a few more made too, all in all there will be 15. Its a small class  with special needs children who will just adore the gift and the work Brooklynn has put into it! Cant wait till February!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by my page, I hope you all enjoyed it!

canvas bag

Just a quick five minute coloring job on a cute ;little bag that Unity sent! I love the surprises in the packages each month!
It is not the best but it was fun none the less. the alcohol ink kinda just bleed a bit on the bag and I didn't see the results I wanted but it still is cute to hold my SD cards in since I have so many of them and I would never want to loss them.
Untill next time Unity friends!

Valentines Cards

I am so excited to show you a couple of the cards I have made since new years! We have been very busy but I have finally stopped and taken a break to create a few things.

I never really used pinks and purples much but this month the Unity challenges are red and pink so here it goes......
First I mad a card with a mint green Brazil paper and its embossed with branches. then I used Tim Holtz black soot ink, to stamp the Unity image "Part of the story".
I then found four different paper patterns in light pink and paper
 pieced the images together'

This is the first time that I have pieced anything together and it definitely turned out cute!
